Maintenance's that actually make a difference

Unfortunately not all maintenances and services performed by contractors are actually cost effecive or even worth purchasing. You never know if you’re paying for someone to just take the panels off, clean the filter and call it good. We require all technicians to take photos of readings, perform all maintenances on a checklist and provide real advice to the customer.

We are always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and create checklists and operation procedures for our business systems and our customers equipment. Below is a list of the most common quesitons our customers need to know,
  • Do I get trained on how to use my new system?

    Absolutely! One of the reasons we went into business, was to help the customer learn their system. Not just leave you in a cloud of dust with a manual. We provide a hard copy and pdf version of the Customer System & Maintenance Handbook prior to all services and installations. Each installer and service tech is required to teach you each part of your new system so you know exactly how to use, protect, and maintenance your equipment. 

  • What does the Vyper Total Comfort Warranty Cover?

    Unlike most companies in the area and around the globe, they don’t want to offer full labor warranties because they are worried they will lose money. Well, we took what our customers wanted to heart and created a warranty that covers you for the life of your system. You won’t need to put another penny in your system. Filters, maintenance, labor, and parts are all covered for 10 years on all new “Best” equipment sales. This option is included in the “Best” option when you are quoted. 

  • Do you accept financing?

    Yes! We have built a strong relationship with a financing company specializing in HVAC systems and can provide you with some of the best rates in the industry. This will include the Vyper Total Comfort Warranty. 

  • How do the filter subscriptions work?

    Simply call us,  register here, or go to our products page and add your filter size. We will ship out filters directly to your door. All maintenance members get a discount that ranges depending on what maintenance package you buy. Or Top  Tier maintenance program includes filters for the life of the maintenance. 

  • What is the pricing options?

    We offer a Good, Better, and Best solution to all homeowners who want to either keep their costs low, go for middle-of-the-road or go top of the line. We specialize in finding the right system for the customer. We ask a series of questions to gauge what type of system will be best for you and or your family’s needs. 

  • What are the customer preferences checklist for?

    We’re glad you asked! We use these checklists and store them in your own customer file in our system for reference when you perform maintenance, service calls, and installations. Do you like face masks? well, we might just bring you a facemask and a bath bomb on the call. Do you like cigars and spirits? Well, you might just be handed a montecristo and your favorite whiskey. We always mix it up and keep it fun for our customers and our employees. We do our best to match customers to our employees so we can build lifelong relationships with our on a personal one-to-one basis.
